There's a set that isn't a scam exactly I guess it's just messing around with ad ratings or something, I don't remember. Then there's a set that doesn't submit so you don't get paid. I keep getting the two confused >.<

It worked now too. I'm wondering if it has to deal the daily hits thread and it trying to grab all the avatars. Open up the console in there, I'm always getting just 1 URL thats giving me a bad gateway. Its also never the same one.
