They absolutely do. If too many people do that too quickly, it's usually misrepresented garbage. That said, the bulk of the accepted HITs that end up back in circulation,(EDIT after~5minutes) are due to expiration, I think. I could be wrong. So, I run them for a bit, turn them off when it's past 'screen-out' time, then turn them back on before they expire.

I hope there's a twilight zone where you get your wish, but you get so many 4$ survey expires in your queue that you can't do any of them
