That is part of my problem here, Shared DSL the owner has and she leaves all kinds of crap connected - kindle, phone,printer,smart tv, and the ip nany cam kill everything. But I can't get my own line says century link the only land based option here, local hotspot place said the tower is at cap. So I plug along.
