Could be it's loosing requesters. I had a requester tell me this morning that she receives a lot of bad data. People start surveys and don't answer everything then turn it in for pay. I contacted her because I'd made a serious mistake on the survey and she had every right to reject it. I only contacted her because I didn't want her to think I intended to to it. I found it after I turned the survey in and was reading the directions again. I apologized and didn't ask her not to reject or anything. She said thank you and paid it anyway, which was very nice of her. Then she told me about the intentional bad data she gets and often.
