I honestly think Amazon might. In my 1-2 years of turking the only changes I remember happening was:

1. Fee increase
2. Fee increase
3. Fee increase
4. Allowing you to view 100 hits per page
5. I think they suspended all indian workers or something like that.

Based on their history I think their only concern with improvements are those that increase profits.

I sure hope that person's credit card info wasn't stolen from some HITS that a requester posted. When I was doing some transcribing for a certain requester there were people giving their CC info along with all information that would have been needed... I emailed that requester and told them about the security issue.
