how's your neck feel? you could have a pinched nerve in your neck that's causing it
 I think you may be right! It makes perfect sense with what I'm feeling.

I just need to do more yoga to stop this stupid muscle freezing up crap.

That will be my next step. I have an awesome CMT that works miracles! I really don't think it's carpal tunnel, I think it's a shoulder thing due to the nerve issues. My hand doesn't hurt at all when I'm using it. Only when I'm not.
actually now that I think about it, you prolly want to go see a pain doctor. they have tests they can perform that will discover exactly what nerves are causing the pain, get a proper diagnosis

please please don't go to a chiropractor, they ain't real doctors and often do more damage then they "cure". Honestly I'm surprised they are still legal this day and age
The problem is with Chiropractors in the United States and our standards for it as to who can qualify for the title. There is just an absurd amount of quack chiros in the USA and they do so much harm than good both to the name of the practice and frankly to people in general...then there is the good ones who are actual doctors and they are insanely far and few between

You might try massage therapy.
Any good chiropractor (see above) will have a massage therapist on staff in his office and maybe even a personal trainer/physical therapist who specializes in stretching. Find one of these not somebody who just wants to "adjust" you.

That's my chiro. Except I have my own CMT so I don't use his, but he approves of the one I do use.

I actually have a bad pain issue that is, thankfully, under control right now (it's a girl thing, so I'll spare you the details). The pain doctors just wanted me on drugs and to attend pain management classes. I noped right out of that and sought other therapies (with real MDs). I actually got referred to specialists in SF and Oakland and they all didn't want me on drugs and found other options.

So far, so good. But I'm not thrilled with pain doctors just cuz they gave up on me and said "here, take norco!"

Well I just finished a transcription that took all evening so I'm going to bed but stopped by the news to see how the Republican quarrel was going and saw this in the news to go with what I reported earlier. Our boss is no longer the 4th richest man in the world or whatever.
Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos has lost more than $6 billion in after-hours trading on Thursday, as Amazon’s stock dropped in response to the company’s fourth quarter earnings report. He’s also lost his ranking as the fourth richest person in the world.

Just remember, that's not just 6 B or great big ones out of his pocket. That's 6Bs gone, gone like the wind, from the market. Gone, done, finished, lost, disappeared.

sorry about those, but try and find one that does the electric needle tests, this test needle goes into your arm and measures the resistance as you move your arm and hand, it will let them find out exactly which nerve is pinched or causing the problem, once that's done you can get the proper care to take care of the issue.

Ok...I need some serious help here guys. Someone with some computer smarts plz pm me or something. I'm pulling my fucking hair out.

I did some googling about not being able to get Amazon.com to load... Clear cache seems like the go to answer... So I reluctantly backed up my HitDB and cleared my cache. (amazon still doesn't load) but I cannot for the life of me get my backup of hit DB to import.. I copy it from the csv in open office, and paste it in there and hit import and nothing happens. Figured my import is just too big cause I know that can be an issue so I cut it in half and try that, still nothing. In the past I've had to paste it from Openoffice into notepad and then into the import box for some reason so I try that... still nothing.. :squaredsos::headwall:
