This kind of wording does not ever make me want to work for a requester, especially a new one.

Take care, your work will be rejected for payment if it's not accurate and high quality, and you will be blocked from these high-paying transcription HITs if there are multiple obvious errors in your work.

So what's the time/pay ratio on them? If the requester has to call them high-paying, I'd assume they're not.

I didn't get that far. I looked at the recipes they wanted transcribed. Four index cards. A ton of writing on them. I'd guess that even the fastest typist would spend about 10-15 minutes trying to decipher that crap.
