yep. no code doesnt' bother me these days. i submit 'no code - [paste last page wording here]
submitting with mturkID isn't neeeded since they have your ID when you submit anyway

i've had a few rejects because people don't check their messages, but if the requester has a good to, then it's usually ok.

if you contact their university IRB or their chair (if they are still a student), you'll probably get it reversed. It takes a bit of work to find all of that out, but it is well worth it (IMO)
