02/01 - Feta Friday!

I never seem to have good days when everyone else does, so I always look at it as, well, my good day is coming up. Stay positive, its awesome.

It does seem weird that certain times everyone is catching great things and I can't and other times I catch them all!

$20. I have a full time job complete with hour commute each day, so it sometimes is hard to get more than that. Mainly, my goal is $100 a week, which I made by Wednesday. What's your goal?

Mturk is my fulltime job so $100-$120 a day if possible.

I mean, it's pretty cool actually. I look forward to listening to it.

They actually played All Within My Hands at the most recent one.. Late November/early December? They run a charity with the same name (AWMH Foundation) these days and they generally do a lot of acoustic stuff for it.

As for the posters, I hear they contact some fresh out of school art design folks and get them to do these as a bit of an internship or something.

Wowser! That would be awesome to be able to consistently make $100 daily. Mturk may become my full time job after this year, as I expect a lay off sometime.

My motivation for turking is at an all time low. Which is saying a lot for me. I'm usually pretty spent by the time I get home, and there's usually not much to do.

Did I ever tell you that I caught Jason Newstead's bass pick the 2nd time I saw Metallica? I got washed once, but it's still in a photo album around here somewhere.

That is a lot, but it would work until I found other work. Or maybe it would be preferable to another job anyway. I appreciate everyone's help and mentoring on here to even make that thought possible one day.

I caught a drumstick that Lars tossed into the crowd. It was the first concert I'd ever been to and when I saw it coming my way jumped as high as I could hoping to knock it down so I could get it. I did more than knock it down. I got my entire hand wrapped around the stick. Less than a second later, when my feet still hadn't returned to the ground, I saw the other hand wrapped around the stick next to mine. It was attached to an extraordinarily large man that was having zero trouble holding up a drumstick with my scrawny little ass dangling from it. He looked me in the eye and said, "Better luck next time kid. "

I nodded my agreement and let go of his drumstick. Fair is fair.
