Mm... the green-ness is for promptness and fairness. So he approves fast and doesn't reject much.

He also has a LOT of reviews, so it takes a whole lot of red to bring his score down.

His TO looks like trash to me... if you go into it you can see he is clearly reject happy and the pay is garbage but most of these reviews making him appear green are just casual turkers or noobs they are not real turkers like us who do this for a living... they are like "Did 1 or 2 hits, approved, best requester in the world"
