They didn't send any threatening emails, AFAIK? Some people got Masters warning emails from Amazon and their own thinking was maybe it was related to previous work on Tax Engines, but the emails didn't say anything about Tax Engines.

Doesn't surprise me. Amazon Requester HITS have always been reviewed. We used to be able to see the review HITs (closed qual since forever), but if they still exist they're now hidden.
