Because those don't matter. He should be filtering those out with a script beforehand, really. But false positives and false negatives on the ones with numbers are probably way too high. Like double digit percentage I bet.

Ugh. Well hopefully we all don't get screwed just because someone's spamming. The tone in the emails today has had me paranoid even about hits in the batch I was 100% confident on. :|

If he means rejecting the incorrect ones, it doesn't matter at all. If you're that worried, email him and tell him to just remove the quals from people with unusually high error rates.

Me too. I did them for a min or two between hits earlier but now I'm skeptical about doing too many

Oh thank god it's not just me getting those emails. I've been reading them like "all these examples are helpful... but I'm pretty sure I haven't missed anything obvious." I mean, considering how many of the hits don't even have earnings numbers listed, let alone the correct ones, I don't know how overall accuracy could be horrible.

Yeah, he could do that. I sent him some suggestions for increasing efficiency and accuracy, and I'm sure other people did too. Just have to see what (if anything) he implements.
