I think MOST requesters are getting cheap. After the Dynamo Agreements came out, there was a small push towards higher pay (and some requesters actually signing the agreements).

Now, it's all gone by the wayside (imho).

Very disappointing

If you notice a lot of the European requesters have the best pay rate. Over there they have ethical pay laws for research participants. In the UK a survey has to have an average pay rate of 5 pounds per hour (equals around $7.50)
