i don't need to google to know that there are tons of drugs, attempted murders, and gang shootings in my current neighborhood.

and in the neighborhood i grew up in.


and the neighborhood i lived in with my ex.

I still currently live in a 200k house (with roommates) but that's still the hood here.

In all fairness, it's Michigan. If people find out someone is even 2% black they're going to lose their shit about that here.

I dunno, I grew up in inner-city Grand Rapids (until middle school at least) and I was actually the minority at that point. Then we moved out here to the cornfields, into an area where your statement holds true. I think it really depends on the area.
