Morning, fellow turkers! I have a quick question about motivation re: mental illness stuff. Do any of you on here suffer from depression, and on hard days when it affects you the most, how do you stay motivated?

I take a lot of breaks. I listen to music, or watch 10 or 20 minutes of a TV show that I like. Play with kids if you have them. And I force myself to exercise even for 15 minutes even when I don't feel like it. Or there are some days when I just can't force myself to turk, like on Tuesday, and I just budget everything differently to make up for the loss. Sometimes you just have to take a day off to stay sane.
