Because I forgot until now, I want to give a small shoutout to Prolific customer service. I was unfairly rejected for a study (divided into 3 parts). Long story short, they bonused me the pay that the researchers were supposed to pay me and were really nice about the whole thing. This is far beyond what Amazon/MTurk does about rejections. They really do take the time to look into your cases.
