I got an otc inhaler. I don't even know if it does anything for me but, the act of using it seems to be a pretty good placebo for me.
I also found that for me, melatonin was enough of a relaxer without being a prescription drug. But, everyone is different how they respond to melatonin. I'm glad I helped before. I hate feeling alone when they happen. That's the scariest bit. I feel like, if I'm with someone or they know what I'm going through. Nothing too bad will happen.

It's funny. Some days definitely feel like "women" days and sometimes I feel lucky cause it's a man day. I'm guessing a bit of it has to do with what I filter Because we all see a different cross-section of the HITs available based on our filter settings.

Is there a "sex" filter in MTS? that would help a lot eliminate those female surveys. I am disappointed I didn't get to participate in a "what should a business be named?" one because that's up my alley in loving things business-related. The HIT said it was a female beauty based business that they wanted females to vote their favorite name for.
