I'm just glad it paid. I'd be really mad if they didn't pay for it. I can recover on the rating by doing more in the future, but it's frustrating that they didn't realize their instructions were awful.

They have to pay you. The only way they can not pay you is if they specifically put "if you don't do xyz, you will not be paid" upfront in the test instructions. I don't think that rating will affect your future testing, so that's good. But they shouldn't be allowed to do that kind of stuff in the first place and expect people to not think it's a glitch.

@thedorchannel The UT yesterday that looped through twice? The company said that was intentional and they gave me 3/5 stars because I didn't do it a second time. The "thanks for your help, do you have any final comments" question halfway through seemed like a pretty dang big indicator that the test was over, though, so when the questions started over at the beginning again, there was no indication that that's what they wanted to happen. I did send an email to UT yesterday, like you suggested, but they haven't replied yet. Irritating.

I had one that didn't pay once because they said I had too much background noise. I think that's a risk with any of them on UT.

I'm old but...However I remember my first Girl Scout Cookie and believe me it was not boring. I had to swim across the Lewis River to get it. It was a good swim.

I think they only confirm the ratings if you ask them to review it. I emailed them yesterday about the glitch, but they didn't reply yet. If/when they do reply, I'll bring up the rating thing. Like I said, I'm not too worried about the rating affecting any future stuff and I can repair it by just doing more tests but it was more of an irritation.
