Well, I found a good reason not to. I'm not qualified. I figured, screw it, I know they never respond to qual requests, but I clicked request. Then my dumb ass sees just exactly what qual I'm missing / now requesting. Let's just say, If ever I doubted the effectiveness of the request qualification link, I'm doubting it a million times more in this instance.
