They gave me the good stuff last night. I'm afraid of new meds but they gave me Hydrocodone Cough syrup last night. My Nurse prac friend said "ohhh enjoy the high and sleep" but because I'm steroids too I didn't feel high and it took three hours to make me sleepy. But I stopped coughing and actually slept through the night! Hopefully this means I can get 100% since my lungs can get a rest. A cool thing I learned yesterday is that codeine and hydrocodone actually work to signal your brain to stop coughing.

Mine disconnected for over 10 minutes and I didn't get paid

Make sure they don't give you too much or believe me the high won't be fun coming off.

Oh usually the hit ends and it does the whole process like a normal finished hit does. I just wait it out. Annoying but it usually comes up.

Take it from someone who's been on a lot of stuff including Rx'd fentenyl. It sneaks up on you at any dose. It's evil, it's clever and it's demanding. Today I swallow lots and lots of tylenol generic and have only one Rx for my sinuses. Thank god.
