I'm usually pretty good at digging out information, but I've been digging for two hours and I don't think this qual is for me

I feel the same way. I have found so much information on an owner that I feel like a complete slimy stalker, but nothing will give me the information I need. URGH! I don't think I'm cut out for this at all... And I always thought I was good at ferreting out information. I'll probably hold onto the hit until tomorrow and see if my brain "clicks."
