It's all subjective, esp for new people who qual (since there is no memory of the 'good ole days'). This is still a great qual to have and can certainly lessen the 'daily goal struggle' for some peeps

The issue with this is that the new people who qual will be doing the work for less pay and bring down the pay for all of us.
The way he posts the hits now are unusual.
He posts them for $2 each first, when they are $2 only do the EASY ones.
Then the next day or two days later he raises the pay, then you do the ones that are little tougher.
Then he raises the pay again and you start real investigations.

I am worried that the new people will do everything for $2 and ruin it for all of us.

Maybe suggest that he includes instructions with examples in the test. I was looking for instructions there and I didn't see any

I completely understand the thought pattern behind that. Let's hope the newbies pick up on this sooner rather than later and fall in line with the way you guys have been doing them.
