Why would she not reverse it if it was her fault?

Some just don't, they don't have to, even when they admit they messed up.

She said there was a glitch and she didn't have the budget to pay everyone who was supposed to have been screened out.

This was a while back before she started putting "not everyone will qualify" or whatever in the hit titles, so maybe she's learned how to properly screen people out now, but the hits she puts out aren't high paying enough to waste the time on an unpaid screener either. At least not for me. Then again when I first started out I did a ton of her hits and there wasn't really a lot else available for me so it might be worth it, at least it's not a batch, if you get a rejection she won't reverse, at least it's only one.

That $20 NLPCL HIT was both kind of easy and awful. I got a 29 sentence opinion article from Fox News.
