That might not actually be legal. In my state it's not. For that amount of money I'd suggest you check with an agency that helps with tenant and landlord disputes (they are free around here).

It's low income housing so its run by THE GOVERNMENT! :o It's all laid out in our lease I just hadn't read it in awhile and forgot about that.

I had a squirrel briefly when I was a kid! He was just a baby, we found him running in circles under a big tree next door, crying. I think something happened to his mom

We kept him for a little while then gave him to a wild animal rescue place. I loved that little guy.
