Oh, yes. I spent hours on the phone and chat and email trying to straighten it out with them. They eventually said that since my account is old (it was created before state quals were even an option), I'm forever locked into the state where my account was created and their programmers don't know how to fix it. It apparently is the case for people with old accounts. If you have a newer account and move, they are able to update it.Did you tell them you moved? What did they say? Is that for everyone or are you special?
