Do I need a qual to do Zoltars or a minimum amount of hits? I saw zoltars come up in my Hit Monitor but each time I clicked it listed none of them.

I think the qual is just US

No special quals but the batch is usually heavily throttled. You'd need to run a panda to consistently catch them.

All you need is a approval rate above 90% and to be located in the US.
Throttling is probably your issue, you should use Panda Crazy.

if you don't run a panda - they'll be snatched up 'as you click'. Panda is quicker - we're ALL running panda's (and that's why we get them

HITs that get displayed on Mturk (in turn what displays on HF, HS, HM, OW, etc) can already be accepted before they show up there. This is because people are running a PandA to accept them as soon as they post. On top of that, batches like Zoltar are frequently throttled.
