Diet coke has a bitter fake sugar taste to it. Coke zero doesn't have the bitter taste to it which is why I like it. I especially like the cherry flavor.

Wish my grocery stores would sell the coke zeros like they do the diet cokes. Unless I go the same day they restock it at Safeway, I'm almost certainly outta luck on both flavored and unflavored coke zeros. Meanwhile, there is often plenty of diet cokes.

Safeway stores are notoriously craptastic in DC, due to an agreement with the city to not permit any other grocery store chain to be built within a certain distance as well as a larger focus on unhealthy and/or unpopular items (compared to other stores), crappy prices, poorly stocked, and surly employees.

Seems to have leaked out of DC into NOVA also. Never seen as much moldy fruit and fruit flies in one place as I did at the Safeway near my house when I first moved here ?
