You could use hitscraper, and accept from there, or do what I do and set a requester watch on TurkMaster and set the time to 2 seconds. Then you just click down the line on the hits popping thru. I accept ten, do them, then reload.

Multiple batches, I was hoarding the top paying ones that were over 50 cent and then when they run low you have to wait til they ding then click accept on the pop up really quick to catch any lol
