Caught a Joe Lo on PandA. Filled it out and now it won’t submit. I keep getting a message from Zon about waiting a bit. I’ve tried a number of times and keep getting the same message.

Any ideas on how to get it to go through?

They do that sometimes. You have to redo it. Try doing it in Firefox. Open new frame in HIT and open it in a new tab. That seems to help it submit sometimes.
