I just submitted with a note that said that I emailed him and he said I'd be compensated.

1.01 is what it shows as pending on my dashboard. I don't think I saw a bonus. But I'm still way new to this, so I could be mistaken.

Did anyone else not get a completion code on the Adam Waytz HIT?

I got a completion code at the end. It showed me the code and asked me to copy it in a text box on the actual survey site and then paste again on the mturk site. Maybe it glitched on you? I'd say contact the requestor and see if you can get it cleared that way.
