I half-ass remember typing this but I don't remember if I ever posted it. They said they would reject for bad or repititve answers, or that they had seen scamming in the past. They would block scammers in a similar way that they would reject them. Find them, then go to their page and hit block. If, for whatever reason, they don't want to block block they could qual block instead.
