No, it was/is. If your state doesn't pay taxes on Amazon (or didn't) you couldn't do A9's, barcodes and some others. Some have opened up to let us in but most are still blocked.
That's what I heard as well, but I also think they don't really give a shit and don't update states that pay taxes on whatever it was cause I think alabama starte....

but you should be paying taxes, the delivery van delivering your goods is using public roads, etc. Taxes aren't necessarily an evil thing. IMHO
