I don't think so. It might have something to do with using a person's typing style for biometrics.

I had this happen last week, have no explanation for it either. I sent a message to the requesters to see if they show by my ID that I did complete them, and luckily I was paid that way. Hasn't happened since, but still would be nice to know what happened.

You mean the topic of the research itself or the pay/time/timer? I Googled the name and Stanford, where he says he's from, and he looks like a legit student there. I've got it in queue so I think I'll give it a try.

Edit: Returned it. It was just taking too long for the pay for me.

Maybe so but just because you're a student at Stanford doesn't mean you don't also have a personal email address.

Yes, I agree. Just think caution is best. Of course if he was up to no good he wouldn't use that address unless the address is fake.
