what I really want is a form letter that we can send to requesters about garbage pay. Maybe I could start one (and others could edit it, please :) in another forum, then we could 'sticky' it for public use. I want to remind requesters not just about pay but about how bad pay biases their results (what kind of sample are you getting when you are paying .05 or .10 an hour?).
