You have no idea how accurate this would be for me lol if I slept 7 hours I would wake up freaking out, I probably get 4 good hours of sleep, I only sleep 2 hours at a time (if Im lucky sometimes its less) bc my 7 month old is crazy and not sleeping though the night still lol

Yeah, I feel ya! I generally am happy when I get 4. I slept 6 and I'm full on confused.
