Don't forget that it's a holiday weekend: while the phone lines are open, all IRStaxpayer Assistance offices will be closed Monday, February 20, for Presidents Day. Remember that you may not need to call or visit IRS: most taxpayer questions can be answered online at IRS.gov

Thanks. I don't know why it says "our representatives are helping other customers, please continue to hold" then for the past 40 minutes. Guess I'll find out someday. And my question cannot be answered on the website because it's such a f-ed up situation.
