he's really big and really won't do a bath of any kind. He rolled in poo outside in our yard, once, and refused to bathe. At that time, I was lucky because it was raining - so I took him for a walk in the rain.
OMG. My house stinks!

Is it warm like it is here, unusual in February? But try a hose if you can. But if it's cold, no, can't do that.

Just went back out - walked to the yard - came back up the icy hill and there was the skunk - the dog and he tangled, I screamed, pulled - and walked him *pulling* around the other side of the house, in the front (in front of traffic, on thick, wet ice, in deep snow - to avoid ice).
In my pj bottoms.
Sprayed again.

Oh no. How about shower? No guess not. you'd have to put him in the tub. The ice and snow are gone here and it is spring time warm, late spring. Wish I had a suggestion. Our dogs on the farm would have this happen and I think they went to the nearby creek and took care of themselves. And I don't remember it happening in the winter.
