My 750 sq foot apt is 1060/month, and it's cheaper than the rest in the complex b/c it has hardwood floors instead of carpet. Idfk why they charge more for carpet. It'd be 1160 with carpet.

That is strange, usually people want that. I've got them throughout the house, somebody covered the ones in the bedrooms and hallway with carpet, no clue why.

Put down Ikea area rugs that we can take outside and clean correctly LOL

It is kinda poopy in the winter, but our downstairs neighbors are from a warm climate and keep their place super warm so we benefit.

See I've heard people say that, but I've never had an issue with the floors getting cold. Been here for three years at this point.
