the platform can barely sustain who it has now - so the idea that there are tons of new folks coming on - um. nope.
It doesn't have to. Plenty of people find it by word of mouth or by just searching for work at home gigs (that's how i found it). I just wish that it would manage what it has better. there's something to be said for governance by the masses (us) but there's only so much we can do. It's not like requesters all read the 3rd party forums and review sites we've all come to rely on.

I mean they could have really put in effort for requesters, to attract them to the platform. In its heyday, people regularly had 100 dollar days (or could aspire to it with some regularity). Now? it's so much harder
true. it was on its way downhill when I joined but at least there were a bunch of good hits still around then. Now it's like pulling teeth for me to have a $20 day.
