Granted that's the requesters fault and I don't want to get locked out of Google. What to do?

I did 1 and it submitted spontaneously after watching one video. do I return the rest of them? there must be something wrong with them

I reviewed one video and it auto submitted the hit after one video...

Didn't realize it said submitted till I did two. Now, at .50 each, I hope that I didn't screw up my chances with google...

I think these are seriously broken.

I did several of these. I hope you can do more. Yes, they all autosubmitted. Some only had one video, some had several videos.

Did only one and boom submit. Tried again, and it submitted so ill be looking for those rejections.

They're probably going to auto approve after 22 hours like most Google requesters. Unless this new person decides to do something drastically different. Doing all 10 might be a different story though.

Hi, Both of the HITs I did for you today closed and submitted automatically without me interacting with it. They each looked like they were about to start a new video, and the completion bar at the bottom was only around 10%. But then the screen randomly closed and said my hit was submitted. I think there may be an error in your code? Please don't reject them for this as rejects prevent us from doing future work and lower our scores.

Nevermind. When you select yes only, it auto submits.

I have a similar problem. Every time money shows up, it goes away whether I want it to or not.
