not block you, just lock you out for the timer of the hit

It's not really a block, it just kind of kicks you out for the duration of the timer. They have a 60 minute timer, so if you return one (unless it tells you to), you won't be able to do one until that timer would be up.

I've been staying with friends for six months and its the end of our agreement and one roommate is pissy and treating me like garbage. So i'm just looking to live somewhere in peace. But I have 2 cats and a 50lb german shep mix soooo yeah. no one in my limited price range will take me.

I have a nice full time job in this town, and can't afford to move until I have a job lined up elsewhere. I'm looking in a 30 mile radius to where I work, but it's a very expensive and or ghetto and dangerous area. But I also make too much money for income restricted housing. It's odd and doesn't make sense, but makes me realize why so many people are in debt.
