Its super hit or miss honestly.

I did figure out that no matter which day your weekly survey comet hits, it will be up all week, I've saved my last two weeks for weekend work.

Yea its nice to have when there is legit nothing else. I had emailed a few weeks ago to ask about it, and the reply was basically that they post during the week and then again Thursday (I think), and if you don't get to it Sunday, it doesn't' affect future weeks either.
