RE: Rejected book preference HITs
Dear All,
I want to extend my most sincere apologies for the rejections sent out today. For some reason, the results that came into my receiver account were corrupted--they showed all male respondents who had chosen no answer.
I have tried to upload corrected CSV files, reversing the rejections, to the account a number of times and am getting no changes. So, I have been contacting Amazon via email every hour to try to get a response from someone who can help me remedy the situation.
I really appreciate all of you giving me feedback and letting me know my mistake. Please bear with me while I try to get this situation corrected. I will not stop trying to get the rejections reversed until I succeed.
