I've spent a bunch of time this week with my new computer (refurbished) which was sent with a Windows 10 key but not loaded versus working as much as I could have. Finally today I got the IOS Media Image Tool downloaded and verified onto a USB (4th try) from my laptop which required unplugging my keyboard - This last time wasn't too long but earlier in the week it went on unsuccessfully for hours - Anyhow, I figure I will start fresh tomorrow and get it set up so I can actually use it. On a positive note because I had to mess around with it Woot refunded $50.00 of the purchase price and gave me a $10.00 credit to use which made a good deal even better.
