I have one pending since 2/17. They have usually approved in 1-3 days, sometimes within hours.

The first time I got the message it took several hours for my money to show up in paypal. The second time I saw it I was able to get my money immediately. It seems rather hit or miss. I cashed out yesterday without issues.

Mine also take days to approve, usually over a week. I had one that hit an error when I was probably 80% complete, followed the instructions they shared on reporting errors, and they never responded or compensated for the 40+ minutes I'd spent on the hit. Frustrating to say the least.
