In chrome you can search for specific cookies, I type in 'qual' and clear all that come up

In Chrome settings type cookies in the search box, then click content settings, all cookies and site data, then search for qualtrics and clear those

And a name buried (if it's there at all). People aren't going to get to know your service if they don't know who it is.
