another question on hit finder, you have hits on top that say found hits, and hits on bottom that say logged hits. What does logged hits mean

The logged ones are a record of the ones that have become available since you started running it, but may not be any longer.
(So you can have a record of them to panda them or whatever)

Logged hits logs the hits sequentially (the order in which they were posted to Mturk).

HITs that have been logged.
