I think it's an Amazon issue rather than a Sergey issue. Dustin from x8 Data mentioned yesterday that they were having some issues posting HITs around the time that the Sergeys had been broken. Not to mention the other issues that were going on, with Amazon Payments and such. I wouldn't be surprised if it's all related.

when I sergey, I keep one tab open on my que then several more opening new sergey hits. That way when I am not paying attention and the hits dry up (or break) i still have 24 more hits to do. I got so tired of having the no more hits available message pop up and have nothing in my queue
