It actually came out good! I just make the flame super tiny. It's adjustable! Of course, the first time I used it, I was not informed about that ability and sorta just had at it. I went through a period where I flambed/torched anything I possibly could cause...science? I definitely own a fire extinguisher, but I've never fully set anything on fire...yet anyway.

If I ever have a cooking show, it will be about setting things on fire in various ways to see if I can make it taste better that way.
