the first one I assumed somehow I did something wrong... and moved on. but it just happened again, its not on my roster for submits today -.- is this real life?

Hits will show up as submitted on the day that you accepted them. I'm not sure that's the issue, but if they've been in your queue for a while they might show up as submitted on another day.

Are you using the Queue Order Fix script? Try disabling that and refreshing. This worked for me before.
